You will receive the voucher by e-mail as a PDF and have the option of either printing it out or forwarding it on. You are able to personalise the gift voucher by addressing and entering you own personal message which will be digitally printed onto the voucher.

Terms & Conditions

  • Membership is valid for 4 consecutive weeks from first play
  • Tee times are subject to availability and must be booked in advance via the BRS system
  • A new membership form will need to be completed on first play. We will then email you with log in details to book further rounds.
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable once activated
  • Nailcote Hall Golf Club reserves the right to amend course availability due to events, maintenance, or weather conditions
  • Members must adhere to club rules, dress code, and golf etiquette at all times
